Frankoma's unique HDI (high definition imaging) technology allows us to customize our products for your corporate promotional gift, fund-raiser or group activities. We can add your logo or other information to many of our products, most commonly commemorative plates, coasters, trivets, wine coolers, and mugs.
The HDI process allows the lovely terra cotta clay to show through the glaze, highlighting your message. You get an extremely durable American made product which your customers or group members will cherish. You'll be amazed at the range of companies who have made Frankoma products part of their promotional activities.
Frankoma can also make completely custom products involving new molds and new designs, if you wish, as well.

Terms of Sale :
Our terms are net 30 days to approved companies, all others require a 50% deposit + tooling costs along with credit references prior to placing your order into production. The merchandise will be shipped C.O.D. for the balance unless credit is approved. Any correction or cancellation of an order in process will be subject to costs incurred to date.
Over-runs and Under-runs:
Customer agrees to accept plus or minus 10% of the quantity ordered of first quality goods. In the event that an over-run of more than 10% has been produced, the customer shall have the option of purchasing all over-runs greater than 10% of the first quality merchandise at 70% of the quoted price. In the event that second quality merchandise is generated during the manufacturing processes, the customer shall have the option of purchasing all seconds merchandise at 60% of 1st quality price. Seconds are defined as those items that exhibit a high degree of over/under firing, very slight chips, soot contamination, excessive smears, excessive pin holes, or which are not as aesthetically pleasing when compared to that of first quality. Frankoma’s quality control department will be the sole judge in determining first/second quality merchandise. Frankoma will dispose of all items that are cracked, broken, or unsafe. The purchaser will be given notice by regular mail, fax, telephone, or other means as to the quantity of goods available. Any item not accepted by the customer within 30 days of notification that the items are available in the first/seconds overrun as outlined above may be sold, liquidated, or disposed of by any means that Frankoma Inc chooses. All tooling, fixtures, master molds, production molds, etc., used in manufacturing process of specialty items become the exclusive property of Frankoma Pottery. Any tooling delivered to Frankoma Inc for use in the production of specialty items will be returned to the customer at the completion of the job.
Artwork:
Black and White camera- ready artwork must be provided to us. We prefer artwork to be at least the size of the actual product image size. We can produce artwork from your sketch or logo for a minimum charge of $50.00 net. Creative artwork or complicated designs will be billed at $50.00 net per hour.
Setup Charges:
There is a one-time setup charge for each item needed. These charges are billed at cost for labor only. Appropriate setup charges are listed on the this page.
Pre-production Proofs:
We will provide you a pre-production proof if requested. The cost of the proof is $195.00 in addition to the setup charge. The pre-production proof cost will be rebated with a 576 piece or more order. Normal production times are required to manufacture production orders after approval of proofs.
